Pascal Costiou, the Chef, works out a sea-based evolutionary cooking style. He suggests you his local Bavarian of lobster with morels, the country soup of mussels or the Johnies cod-fish. Gourmet people will be delighted by the desserts : the delicate Kouign Amann with the strawberries of Plougastel, the "soufflé" frozen with Grand Marnier and his small madeleine.
