Nobody can go to Roscoff without promising himself to come back : the houses (granite) of ship-owners and corsairs are impressive. The Restaurant located close to the church, to the quay and face to Batz Island is a scenery that gives irresistible desires of escape and new discoveries. So many curiosities, temptations and History intermingle !... And this so special iodized air which awakes the appetite…What to cause true vocations and new cooking styles to the the Talabardon Family which runs the hotel and the restaurant since 1890. The restaurant the "Espadon" (Swordfish), within the hotel, is located face to the sea and makes it possible to watch the amazing sceneries created by the tides. Pascal Costiou, the Chef, works out a sea-based evolutionary cooking style. He suggests you his local Bavarian of lobster with morels, the country soup of mussels or the Johnies cod-fish. Gourmet people will be delighted by the desserts : the delicate Kouign Amann with the strawberries of Plougastel, the "soufflé" frozen with Grand Marnier and his small madeleine.
